ROLEPLAY RULES

• Approval; Your character profile must be approved before you begin to roleplay.
  
• No Power playing; No taking over a character that isn't yours and also if they introduce a sibling, who isn‘t a main character, or a dog, try not to take over their actions.
  
• No Godmodding; Being invincible and undefeated, basically. Playing god.
  
• Violence / Drugs / Swearing; It's allowed, with moderation.
  
  
• This role play is set in the real world and in the present, so no supernatural beings or happenings, it is a city with only humans.
  
  
• Sexual Activity; Please put a warning in the title of your post if you want to go into graphic detail of sex.
  
  
• Characters; Be reasonable and realistic, think about your own school, the town you live in, as well as using your own creativity to come up with someone. Then find a picture and go from that.
  There are so many social groups out there, think about that, if you need help finding someone to be your character, ask admin.
  And take into consideration different races, religions, backgrounds.
  
  
• Perfection & Flaws No perfect characters and also, no over the top totally dramatic depressed loons. Normal people.
  
  
• Death & Pregnancy; If you wish for your character to die, or kill someone else, please discuss it with Admin first. And they are rare, but in the case of pregnancy, if you really feel the need to have a baby, you must PM and discuss with admin and the other parent. And you must wait for 2 months before the baby is born.
  
  
• Major Plots; If you feel your plot is quite big and could affect others, or is generally a major plot, you must PM and discuss it with admin first.
  
  
• Posting; You post in third person. Here's examples of bad and good posting.

  I walked in and opened the fridge, it's a cold night, so I wrapped my dressing gown tightly around me
  "We've ran out of juice" I say to mum

  Good
  Anna walked in and opened the fridge, it was a cold night, so she tightly wrapped her dressing gown around herself.
  "We've ran out of juice" she told her mother
  "And Milk" She thought to herself, though, perhaps she could get that herself, she was going to the local store anyway, looking for the new All American Rejects CD, she could pick up some groceries while she was out, right? Helping her mum out wouldn't be so bad.
  
  Note; Use proper grammar, describe the scene, use all your senses.
  When talking, use a different line.
  So after describing something
  Go to the next line to use speech
  
  Use Italics in between speech marks for a thought, and use speech marks when talking.
  It keeps it understandable, and in order and it gives you more to post.
  
• Character Numbers; There is no limit on the amount of characters you can have on an account as long as you make it clear who they are, you make ask for a censored to be made in order to be able to keep all their information in your signature, for example links to pictures, your sig must not stretch the board, therefore it cannot be over 600 in width and if you signature is too long, it will be modified. A good thing to do is to have a list of your characters their age and marital status and that sort of thing in your signature.
  
  
• Away; If you’re going to be away, you need to tell us on the appropriate board, if you are leaving you need to PM admin, with the celebrities you had, and the links to your applications, so they can be moved and then your account deleted. Please try and be as active as you can.
  
  
• Lengths; You must post at least 150 words or more. Obviously if there is no possible way to do it, it may be accepted.
  But if your having trouble, use your senses, what can your character see going on around? Smell? hear? Feel? If you're outside, say at a park, talk about the pregnant lady sat on the bench tucking into a tuna salad, a wave of fish flowed under your nose … you see? Use your imagination, it will get you far as a roleplayer.

• No Spamming; Spamming is not allowed, at all, this includes bumping, double posting and one word posts.
  
• Racism, Prejudice & any of the kind of hurtful offensive speak ; Is NOT tolerated.
  
• Signatures & Avatars; Signature pictures, must not exceed 600 in Width. And should you have a picture this large, your signature is limited.
  You will be PMed should Admin feel your signature is too big. And you will be expected to make it smaller.
  You must have a link to a picture, of a picture of some sort in your sig.
  Staff can provide a shortcut to cut the limited text space in your signature, so you can have your character's basic information in your sig.
  
• Offensive Behaviour; Swearing is allowed, but please, have common sense and not make it every other word.
  
• Grammar and Spelling; You must try to use correct spelling and grammar, Admin understands we aren't the best spellers, for example, I am not, and I often apologise for it, but try and make an effort, when posting in the long way, there is a spellchecker.
  But 'net' or 'MSN' Speak, is not allowed, it's not understandable to all
  
• Behaviour with other Members; You're expected to respect other members, do don't bully, argue. post threads about people attacking them, bitch about people, pick on newcomers, flame people.
  Everyone has a right to their own opinion, but when it hurts someone else on the site, it's classed as bullying
  
• Be Safe; Everyone likes to make online friends, but please, be sensible, use your common sense, be sure if you know them well enough to divulge information. At your own risk, we can't tell you not to, but we can tell you not to do it here
  We will remove it, and temp ban you.
  
• Argueing; Don't do it, it's not nice.
